The goal of the program is to provide a fast track into Research
& Development Tires offering a wide spread of challenging
opportunities for qualified engineers and scientists. As a member
of the Conti Explore (unlimited contract), you will be part of a
multicultural, high-performance team. You will work on
state-of-the-art technological projects and deal with current
business issues. The program is complemented by technical and soft
skills trainings. After six months, you will be offered a variety
of attractive positions to kick-off your career at R&D Tires.
The program however continues. Over the period of two years, you
will experience in Sales and Manufacturing to expand your network
and knowledge.The phases of the program:Core project – In your
first six months, you will complete two technical and one business
assignment. You will also design your personal training plan to
equip you with the necessary tire technology know-how and sharpen
your professional skills. Plant project - Within the Conti Explore,
you’ll gain manufacturing experience.Sales project – During
this project you will gain a first-hand impression of our customers
and get an inside track on the tire.Placement - We not only assign
you a job; but we work with you to identify a role in which you can
use your existing knowledge and develop further.Job requirementsYou
are a university graduate (Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D.) with a
background in science (hemistry or pyhsics), engineering and a
passion for tires and their technology. You are also creative,
self-motivated, open-minded and a responsible team player who
enjoys working in a multicultural environment. You have an
excellent command of English for daily communication.We look
